Established, Entrepreneurial, Empowered...Explore the Opportunities! *ChemA Area Sales Manager The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will manage the day to day operations of their assigned area and focus their time on supporting sales reps in their area. Additionally, they will assist with new account sales and start up on new accounts as they are sold as well as providing excellent service on existing accounts. The ASM will have oversight into the training of new reps from the date of hire through 18 - 24 months tenure. The purpose of the position is to develop the Sales and Technical competency, and full account management skills necessary to grow and operate a successful sales territory. The ASM will report into the District Sales Manager. Responsibilities: People Management / Development
