*Professional Summary*
The Revenue Specialist I is responsible for ensuring seamless access to provider web portals for ROPS and Field teammates. This role involves managing access requests, maintaining account accuracy, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet service-level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in collaborative communication to support operational excellence. *Key Responsibilities* * Process teammate requests for access to provider web portals for assigned payers within established SLAs. * Perform monthly maintenance to ensure accuracy and functionality of provider web accounts. * Manage special projects related to provider web access as directed by administrative staff and leadership. * Update and maintain a database to verify and confirm completion of teammate requests. * Document and track all provider web account access details for assigned payers to ensure accurate records. * Collaborate with facilities, teammates, and other stakeholders to coordinate web access requirements through various communication channels. * Process account termination requests for assigned payers efficiently and accurately. * Conduct timely account attestations and recertifications across various provider web portals. *Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent (required). * A minimum of six (6) months in a corporate office setting (required). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. * Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork, build positive relationships, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. * Professional demeanor with courtesy in responding to communications via phone or email. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.67 - $20.67/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
