Responsibilities

As the Clinical Admissions Manager, you will lead our Central Assessment Therapy Team, ensuring that quality patient care is delivered consistently. You will set the standard for positive patient and family experiences while fostering an engaging and motivated staff environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Supervision: Guide and support a dedicated team of professionals in effective diagnostic assessments and consultations with on-call physicians to determine appropriate levels of care.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, including those set by the MN Department of Health, The Joint Commission, and CMS.
  • Team Dynamics: Facilitate regular team meetings to promote alignment, motivation, and a healthy team culture. Monitor workflows and processes, making adjustments as necessary for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Growth & Development: Provide leadership that encourages professional growth and aligns with organizational goals. Participate in improvement projects and clinical enhancement opportunities.
  • Cultural Competency: Embrace and promote interculturally responsive practices that respect and acknowledge the diverse backgrounds of our patients and staff.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Licensure: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, along with licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
  • Experience: A minimum of two years in behavioral healthcare, with at least one year in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication abilities, and knowledge of verbal de-escalation techniques. You should be adept at managing clinical records while ensuring confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to shift seamlessly between tasks and react calmly in high-pressure situations.

Compensation for this role ranges from$73,000 -$97,000 depending on education and experience.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
