The Customer Account Analyst - Amazon is responsible for:digital shelf maintenance, data management, specific reports involving data analytics, and operational reports used in routine meetings internally and with Amazon.

This position is accountable for capturing specific sales data on our business, leveraging cross functional resources, supporting the Amazon sales team and working closely with the broader E-Commerce team with the priority of maintaining digital shelf excellence.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Routine report preparation daily / weekly and monthly - working closely with Amazon Customer Account Manager and Sr Analyst in preparing for reports needed in regular and ad-hoc business review meetings.
  • Digital Shelf Excellence - owns digital shelf auditing & maintenance process (both internally and with external vendors) to ensure all product detail pages provide best customer experience.
  • Data Management / Analytics - utilizes tools available and helps summarize data to support the CAM in support of achieving business objectives.
  • Customer data insights and trends - summarizes customer-related data to help the team derive insights, trends, and actions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - with broader Amazon Sales team and supports Sr Analyst in regular connects with Amazon support teams.
  • Ad-hoc reporting - to support business / project ideas, initiatives and as requested by leadership.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years experience with data analytics / systems, Amazon preferred (Vendor Central, Stackline)
  • 2+ years experience working in analyst roles in traditional CPG companies
  • 2+ years working with Sales Planning and Sales systems
  • High proficiency in report building from raw data. Converting database downloads to user friendly front end to support decision making
  • Previous experience collaborating with Amazon preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor's degreeor3 years of equivalent analytics experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to analyze multiple levels of data to make valuable business recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under demanding time constraints with a focus on driving results and meeting required deadlines
  • Ability to collaborative cross-functionally on deliverables
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Can work in a fast-changing paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Excel and proficiency in report building from raw data.
  • Strong time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Seattle-based, reporting to the office at least on Tue-Wed-Thurs

The approximate pay range for this position is$70K - $95Kbase plus annual bonus.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
