Position Summary: The BSA Assistant Manager works under the supervision of the BSA Manager and is responsible for the operations of Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) activities within the department and in coordination with other areas in accordance with the Credit Union's mission statement and strategic plan. Work involves execution and oversight of a comprehensive BSA and OFAC program to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. The position also assists in the supervision of BSA employees including interviewing and hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation. Work Location - This position is a hybrid working arrangement. Expectation is to be onsite a minimum of 1-2 days per week at our Headquarters in East Lansing, MI. Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time; Additionally, having flexibility to support team/answer questions during standard department hours as needed. An offer of employment with MSU Federal Credit Union and affiliates is contingent upon the agreed work arrangement (onsite/hybrid/remote) and work location. MSU Federal Credit Union may or may not be able to accommodate temporary or permanent changes to work arrangements or allow employment outside the city and/or state of residency in which the new hire resides at the time of offered employment.
