Your Role The Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience team of approximately 2,500 employees delivers operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformative evolution that provides members, providers, and partners with quality outcomes and sustainable affordability. The Operations Communications Specialist, Principal will report to the Strategic Planning and Performance, Director. In this role, you will act as the communications advisor for the Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience team, partnering with executive leadership and key stakeholders to design and implement a strategic communication plan. Your role will support the Senior Vice President in amplifying key enterprise messages, making organizational announcements, promoting accomplishments, and sharing stakeholder voices and experiences.
