$17.00-$20.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a Mailroom Clerk, you'll ensure the smooth and efficient handling of mail and document processing. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Sorting, organizing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Operating scanning equipment and managing document digitization
  • Maintaining accurate records for all processed materials
  • Supporting both scanning and mailroom operations based on team priorities
  • Keeping your workspace clean, efficient, and organized
  • Working closely with team members to meet departmental goals

What We're Looking For:



  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with document scanning software
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift between 15-20 lbs regularly, and up to 40 lbs when necessary
  • Comfort with sitting or standing for long periods of time
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
