The Simulation Collaborative at the University of Virginia School seeks a Simulation Operations Specialist or Simulation Operations Specialist Intermediate to support the education of medical students, nursing students, and other members of the healthcare team in the Simulation Collaborative. They assist in educational activities by offering pre- and post-simulation and surgical training support, coordinating technical and administrative tasks, maintaining documentation and resources, conducting simulation sessions, and collaborating with faculty and staff on skills and scenario development. This position will support the daily operations of the Simulation Collaborative, and other healthcare education activities, facilitating high-quality experiential learning activities for our learners. This is a full-time EXEMPT position with hours that will vary based on the scheduled educational needs of our learners. You can expect an average of 40 hours per week with the possibility of working early mornings, evenings, and weekends as the schedule dictates. JOB DUTIES Simulation Operations Specialists:

Anticipated Hiring Range for the Simulation Operations Specialist - $50,000 - $60,000. Anticipated Hiring Range for the Simulation Operations Specialist Intermediate - $60,000 - $70,000.
