Job Description

To assist the State of Missouri in the implementation of a state-wide system of technical assistance related to School-Wide Positive Behavior Support (SW-PBS). Work shall primarily focus on building state-wide capacity for technical assistance delivery through the Regional Professional Development Centers (RPDCs).

The three primary categories of duties associated with this position are:
(1) sustaining and enhancing systems for statewide data collection, analysis and reporting
(2) assisting the state coordinator as directed and
(3) the management, content development and expansion of the state website.

M-F, 8am-5pm

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or above
* Knowledge and experience implementing or training in SW-PBS (PBS, PBIS) and MTSS
* Advanced skills in systemic data collection, analysis and synthesis
* Advanced skills in evaluation and assessment
* Advanced skills in MS Excel/or other databases (or capacity to learn)
* Beginning to intermediate Skills, or willingness to learn, in Power Query and Pivot Tables, word press preferred
* Familiar with Google drive / Teams & Sharepoint
* Familiar with PBIS apps & PBIS tools, or willingness to learn
* MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
* Beginning to intermediate Skills in Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premier Pro) preferred
* Must be comfortable in the adoption and use of computer programs and new technologies
* Advanced skills in website content organization and creation (or capacity to learn)
o Beginning to intermediate Skills in the use of WordPress, preferred
o Beginning to intermediate Skills in HTML preferred

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 yearly

Grade: GGS-010
