You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring creme, capper, and other equipment to ensure our products meet quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot and make minor equipment adjustments, and accurate reporting using our OPM system. You'll work closely with team members across departments, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help minimize waste. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit for you. Required Qualifications
- Willingness to be flexible and perform tasks and functions as needed
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and ability to work without direct supervision
- Basic math skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

- Minor equipment maintenance

- OPM and PC experience
