Location: Hybrid (Local to NYC area) Position Summary: The Benefits Administration & Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support to the Benefits Administration and Operations team, focusing on tracking and coordinating ongoing benefit tasks. The role will involve organizing and monitoring project timelines, assisting with documentation, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring that all benefit requests and updates are processed in a timely and accurate manner. This role is primarily internal support but does have limited client-facing needs. Position Responsibilities:

Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.
