What You'll Do:

Architect, design, and guide the implementation of enterprise-scale DevSecOps solutions for federal clients.
1. Serve as a senior technical advisor, collaborating with clients, program managers, and engineering teams.
2. Help shape our enterprise DevSecOps best practices and standards in a new horizontal practice.
3. Mentor architects and engineers, fostering a culture of security, automation, and innovation.
4. Contribute solutioning and proposal efforts to drive business growth.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Deep expertise in DevSecOps principles, practices, and culture (CI/CD, IaC, Automated Security Testing, Observability, etc.).
2. Demonstrated experience architecting secure cloud solutions (AWS, Azure Gov, GCP).
3. Strong understanding of federal security frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, etc.) - GovCon experience preferred.
4. Exceptional communication and leadership skills - ability to advise senior clients, mentor technical teams, and lead a team of architects.
