Job Details: * Will be working in a test-site * Identify and recommend process for payroll * Identify downstream implications of a process change * Proactively makes recommendations of best practices with a focus on increasing efficiencies (e.g. streamlining and automating work processes in Workday * Supports, trains and serves as an expert resource for Workday * Setting up tax codes in Workday: departments and CC * Work along side a lead supervisor to review the processes of : * How someone is going to get paid- how to and what do they do. * How to pay bonuses * One-time payments * How to override deductions * Retro pay is something the payroll will be doing. * Anything to do with the day-to-day payroll needs that the team currently does in Peoplesoft- they will need to set up process in Workday Top Skills' Details: * Workday heavy background * HR Payroll workday * Federal, State/local regulations * Process/Project management * Taxable Codes & wages * Payroll Modules background & process (very important) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
