Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our technology strategic partner management strategy. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Technology Strategic Partner Management and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that support our strategic goals within the technology sector.

Essential Functions

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Director of the Strategic Partner Management Organization to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, product development, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Implementation and Execution:

  • Lead the execution of technology strategic partner management initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and technology partners.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
  • Provide regular project status reports to the Director and other stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges and obstacles that may impact project success.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track project performance against established KPIs and objectives.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and documentation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology strategic partner management or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of current technology trends and solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, systems thinking, and the ability to align IT initiatives with larger company strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex information to all levels and influencing stakeholders across the enterprise.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis. Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justification.

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
