Group/Division

The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The Infrastructure Facilities Manager is responsible for the oversight building management and operations, maintenance, and strategic planning of critical building infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems. This role ensures optimal uptime and reliability of critical infrastructure supporting business operations while managing supplier performance, compliance, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems including power distribution, HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, plumbing, and life safety systems

  • Lead infrastructure reliability and risk mitigation efforts, including asset management, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis

  • Ensure all critical systems are operated within design parameters and meet regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements

  • Manage suppliers to ensure contracted services meet scope, quality, and performance expectations

  • Develop, implement, and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for infrastructure systems

  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency response plans related to critical building infrastructure

  • Ensure proper documentation of systems, maintenance records, and asset inventories

  • Collaborate with IT, security, EHS, operations, and workplace teams on facility requirements and projects

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree or related work experience of 8 years

  • Knowledge and experience in supplier management is critical

  • Able to work independently and meet schedules while working in a team-oriented environment

  • Deep understanding of facilities ecosystem: strategic sourcing, supply chain management, facilities management, and project management Knowledge in day-to-day operations, project management, building management and CAFM systems

  • Strong experience working in manufacturing environments

  • Ability to clearly and concisely work with people may not be knowledgeable of the building systems

  • Ability to set goals and lead a team to success.Drive efficiencies

  • Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Projects and PowerPoint

  • Preferred knowledge in AutoCAD

  • Ability to travel domestically

The range displayed reflects the pay for this position in the primary location identified in this posting.
