The Children's Home of Poughkeepsie has been caring for children throughout the Hudson Valley for over 175 years! We strive to empower children and families to achieve optimal health and well being. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance and Compliance Analyst. POSITION SUMMARY The Quality Assurance and Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in fostering a culture of quality and collaboration in the organization. The position supports senior Quality systems staff and manages a diverse workload in a fast-paced regulatory environment. The Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and monitor compliance protocols and quality improvement projects that align with regulatory protocols and organizational values. The Analystworks with leaders and teams to identify areas for improvement, coordinates data collection and submission from each program area, evaluates data, and writes reports results to various audiences. The Analystalso provides training and development for staff. Schedule: Monday - Friday, minimum 40 hours per week.
