CDL Class A Bulk Driver - County Ready Mix

We are seeking a Bulk Truck Driver for our customer, County Ready Mix in Antigo, WI.

About the Position:

• Competitive hourly pay
• Drive Semi Tractor with Pneumatic Trailer hauling dry materials to our plants daily.
• Home every night.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrate customer service while interfacing with clients.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and good operating condition for assigned truck.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in route inspections on all equipment, including securement devices and loading materials prior to transport.
• Operate tractor trailer combinations
• Confirm cargo and delivery destination, and all delivery tickets are signed and returned to plant.
• Ensure accurate placement of cargo.
• Transport product while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and establishing routes.
• Perform duties consistent with all safety policies, including utilizing proper PPE.
• Unload transported material utilizing approved methods.
• Use consistent communicate with dispatcher.
• Maintain customer relations by acting in a professional, courteous manner.

Work Environment:

• Working in outdoor weather conditions.
• Work near moving machinery and equipment.
• Work alongside moving traffic on roads.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent Sitting.
• Standing / Walking / Climbing.
• Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending.
• Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL prior to hire.
• Minimum 2 years prior driving experience required; will train in bulk operations/procedures.
• Ability to perform well in a "Team" environment.
• Self-motivator and must be flexible to accommodate the client's needs.
