THE JOB:

As a Ticketing Representative you will join the excitement by delivering exceptional guest service while selling tickets for concerts, shows, and special events across multiple venues. From handling transactions to resolving guest concerns, you'll help create seamless, memorable experiences for every guest.

THE STARTING RATE:$17.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Sell tickets and event products while delivering prompt, professional guest service.

• Provide venue and event info; assist with guest issues or escalate as needed.

• Handle cash/credit transactions in compliance with policies and federal guidelines.

• Support event operations, ticket verification, mobile app help, and VIP services.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years of age

• Has a High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent

• Has experience in customer service and cash handling

• HAs experience in Ticketing Systems such as Ticketmaster, AXS, etc.
