We are seeking an associate with experience working on commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions. Qualified candidates will have experience representing developers, landowners and investors in commercial, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience focusing on one or more of the following areas: real estate acquisition and disposition, financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, development and management agreements, and government incentive programs and affordable housing. Qualified candidates will have stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, and a commitment to excellence.
