Description
OVERVIEW: The Director of Housing will give leadership to the overall program of Emmanuel House to include but not limited to: provide community relations, manage the budget and finances, enforce policies and procedures, certification/licensing compliance, direct oversight of housing staff, develop fundraising sources, ensure all program aspects are enacted, liaison with neighborhood, work with community partners, and work with other department heads. This position will also be familiar with community referral resources. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelors of Social Work (preferred)
Experience
Experience with life skills (preferred)
Experience working with the homeless, economically disadvantaged, mentally ill, and chemically dependent (preferred) Experience working from a strength-based, client centered, trauma-informed perspective (preferred) Licenses & Certifications
Licensed Social Wrkr (preferred)
