Our SIMULIA Sales team is looking for a Sales Executive. We are looking to fill this position in the Detroit, MI area.

The SIMULIA Sales Executive will identify and close new business opportunities to increase the SIMULIA footprint. This role will sell value and strategic vision through direct and indirect channels to secure customer commitment on a long-term business transformation.



  • Communicate SIMULIA value directly and through partners by taking a bottom-up and/or top-down approach
  • Generate growth in sales priority areas defined by sales initiatives as determined by SIMULIA Brand / Industries
  • Extend sales reach to SIMULIA industry domains and segments other than those in primary scope by involving company ecosystem as appropriate
  • Create and develop high value and trusted relationships with Customer's Champions and facilitate access to Customer's Executives
  • Transform Marketing and Sales leads into opportunities
  • Create and manage the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
  • Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the 3DS processes to achieve revenue plan
  • Manage the negotiation with the customer while complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, company policies and ethical standards for doing business
  • Provide an accurate forecast for rolling quarters and fiscal year

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in technical software sales (simulation highly preferred)
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts
  • Experience in the Transportation & Mobility industry highly preferred
  • Experience closing business in white space
  • Effective Relationship Building Skills
  • Effective Presentation Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to Travel up to 20%


Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between 180,000 and 240,000, representing the base salary and target bonus.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
