Description Selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, acknowledgement and implementation of core alerts, compliance initiatives, associated messaging & pricing updates for our core processing partners and channels. Their role will be to review and distribute general communications to impacted departments, review and implement messaging across processor channels, correspond with appropriate management, teams, merchants' banks and processors resolve compliance related concerns. They will also be responsible for statement messaging and fee implementations related to bank and processor recommendations and requirements as well as to perform corresponding pricing and implementation audits. This person with report up through the Operational Compliance Supervisor and SVP of Operations. Their team and direct supervisor will be the primary liaisons between finance, risk and ops to ensure smooth, functional & compliant operations. Skills Compliance, Risk management, pricing analysis, Audit, audit analysis, tsys, quality assurance, quality management, merchant service Top Skills Details Compliance,Risk management,pricing analysis,Audit,audit analysis,tsys Additional Skills & Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: TSYS experience is a hug plus! 5 Years ISO, Merchant & FinTech industry experience Knowledge in firmware updates, software loads, remote troubleshooting skills preferred Experience working in CRM/Software Ticketing programs preferred Experience with reporting and content creation Audit Experience Industry and Platform Pricing knowledge & Experience Strong computer proficiency -- including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, etc. Spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills are also important for all positions within the company. These skills are necessary to complement organization, attention to detail, independence, analyzing information and decision making for prioritizing tasks. Experience in a fast-paced office environment Ability to interact with various departments throughout the organization Ability to participate as a team player Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate daily tasks; time-management is key A positive attitude, professional work ethic, ability to learn quickly and excellent verbal communication skills are a must! Ability to Multi Task Project Management skills Bilingual preferred but not required Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.05/hr.
