The John Michael Kohler Arts Center (JMKAC) is a nationally acclaimed visual and performing arts center located in the heart of downtown Sheboygan, Wisconsin. JMKAC establishes a community locally and nationally with its rotating, original contemporary art exhibitions, live performances and events, classes, workshops, and on-site preschool.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer service-oriented Public Programs Assistant to provide support for JMKAC's Public Programs, including Education, Preschool, Performing Arts, and Special Events/Hospitality. About The Role Reporting to the Deputy Director of Programming, the Public Programs Assistant works collaboratively with the programming departments and provides resources and administrative support for JMKAC experiences. This position supports the programming's effort to deepen the mission of the Arts Center and meet strategic goals. Showcase your organizational skills and high attention to detail as you provide administrative support, schedule tours, manage logistics, and provide exceptional customer service at programming events. Work Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday, daytime and evening hours, plus Saturdays and Sundays as required to meet business needs and staffing for planned events. Successful Candidates Will Have:
