PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using consultative methods, coordinate with the Corporate Partnerships Account Management
  • team to identify 340B value on behalf of Cencora's 340B corporate partner portfolio through dashboard development and proactive monitoring. This value will directly impact customer retention and renewal efforts for Cencora distribution customers.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships Account Management team to identify and present value to customers and prospects, including 340B solutions and service offerings.
  • Responsible for supporting operational implementation and issue resolution support for 340B contract pharmacies within the CP portfolio - working closely with the Corporate Partnerships
  • Account Operations team and customer support.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the 340B Enterprise Strategy team to stay abreast of our 340B portfolio of services and remain up to date on market trends, which may also include speaking or representing Cencora at events or tradeshows
  • Serves as key team member of cross-functional teams responsible for executing Cencora's 340B Enterprise Strategy, including participation on workstreams and projects with the 340B Center of Excellence.
  • Use available data resources with the support of the 340B analytics team.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Normally requires a minimum of seven (7) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in 340B contract pharmacy operations.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability and commitment to identify opportunities to develop productive sales associates; ability to serve as a mentor and manager simultaneously.
  • Competent working knowledge of retail, specialty Rx, and alternate care industries, trends,
  • and challenges facing customers who participate in 340B
  • Advanced expertise in 340B covered entities and contract pharmacies with an emphasis on
  • 340B operations certificate program (Apexus ACE) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools to support providing a world class customer experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and adapt communication style to
  • various audiences
  • Organizational agility, working collaboratively with multiple internal business partners.
  • Ability to actively listen and influence others with different points of view
  • Advanced customer service skills to address potential issues through channels such as
  • Customer Care without compromising selling-focused conversation
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical skills to include data literacy and digital dexterity
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of value and profit
