Position Summary Join Odyssey's dynamic Growth team as a Capture Manager, C5ISR, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the future of Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) and Communications, Cybersecurity, Nuclear, and Networking (CCN2) sectors. This exciting opportunity involves leading the charge in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities while shaping our strategic plans to exceed revenue goals. With your strong understanding of the DoD C5ISR landscape, you'll guide opportunities from lead generation to proposal submission, ensuring they move swiftly through the capture lifecycle. You'll work closely with top-tier operational leadership in C2ISR and CCN2 and report directly to the Executive Director of Growth. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to be based at one of our corporate offices, strategically located near critical C5ISR customers. Leadership and execution for the success of all assigned C2ISR and CCN2 Capture efforts.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Secret Education: Bachelor's degree in a Business or Technical discipline; Master's degree preferred Years of Experience: 5-10 years of comparable experience in business development and management within C5ISR markets.
