Maintenance Supervisor

Shift & Schedule: This position will be based at our Crystal Springs, MS production plant and will support our shift working Monday - Friday:

1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

How You'll Make an Impact

• Ensure all activities are conducted safely, addressing health and safety risk analysis.

• Manage outsourced activities, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Perform necessary transactions in SAP for purchasing materials and equipment.

• Plan and execute daily preventive maintenance activities.

• Oversee maintenance execution from health, safety, and quality perspectives.

• Develop procedures, instructions, and documents for maintenance activities.

• Support team members' training and development.

Your Background

• Associate degree (or significant relevant experience).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role.

• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, as well as PLC and CNC equipment.

• Proficiency in total preventive maintenance.

• Experience using SAP is a plus.
