Your Opportunity:

Comply Right, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialistto join the team in Pompano Beach, FL. Ready to be a guardian of quality in a dynamic environment? At ComplyRight we empower businesses with essential compliance solutions. We're looking for a full-time sharp-eyed Quality Assurance Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring our print and digital productions are nothing short of excellent.

Your Responsibilities:

• Meticulously analyze artwork and copy across various creative/product formats, ensuring brand consistency, grammatical precision, and accurate information that our customers rely on.

• Plan and prioritize our in-house workflows, anticipating potential roadblocks and adjusting timelines as needed.

• Evaluate mock-ups and proofs with a discerning eye, ensuring final quality assurance for product justifying approval or rejection based on established standards.

• Proactively manage deadlines and uphold quality standards consistently, employing sound judgment to resolve production challenges and maintain project momentum.

• Maintain and organize artwork files in our asset management system, Media Bank, developing and implementing efficient file management strategies to optimize workflow.

Your Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with a hybrid schedule, Tues/Weds in-office with M/Th/F remote

You Must Have:

• Demonstrated ability to apply strong critical proofing skills with meticulous attention to detail

• A proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions independently

• Self-motivated and capable of independently managing tasks, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and informed decision-making

• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating adaptability and effective communication skills

We Would Also Prefer:

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Media Bank or other asset management program

• Adobe Suite Products

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
