Data Analyst Intern - ISG Business Operations (Summer 2025)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (BIAA) team within ISG. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful analytics projects, gain hands-on experience with real-world datasets, and develop valuable technical and business skills.

As a Data Analyst Intern, you'll contribute to the development of data-driven solutions and insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of data professionals and business stakeholders to explore data, uncover trends, and present actionable findings.

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using SQL and Python

• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business questions and translate them into analytical tasks

• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities

• Document findings, processes, and code for reproducibility and knowledge sharing

• Stay curious and engaged with new data tools, techniques, and trends in analytics

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field

• Foundational experience in SQL (e.g., querying, joins, aggregations)

• Proficiency or familiarity with Python, especially in data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Data Analyst Intern will support the ISG Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (BIAA) team in delivering data-driven insights through advanced analytics.
