Student Assistant - Cardio Imaging Lab

Responsibilities are basic and routine in nature. This may include performing administrative duties in an office, assisting in a research laboratory, aid faculty/staff in supporting academic programs or patient care. Duties will be clear and direct. The Student Assistant will require excellent customer service and strong organizational skills and will represent the department and the university with the highest degree of integrity applying OSU mission and shared values.

Under direct supervision of the Imaging Technologist, the Student Assistant will assist the cardiovascular imaging staff in performing duties and tasks to support the performance of multiple imaging modalities of the Cardiovascular Imaging Department:

The Echocardiography Lab-Ross Heart Hospital encompasses 4 TTE exam rooms, 2 TEE exam rooms 1 Stress Echo exam room. The area is staffed Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm. The Peripheral Vascular Lab-Ross Heart Hospital encompasses 4 exam rooms. It is staffed Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm. The Cardiac CT/MRI encompasses 1 MRI exam room in the Ross Heart Hospital and 1 MRI suite in the Center for Imaging Excellence at Martha Morehouse and 1 CT exam room. The area is staffed Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm. The CV Stress Lab encompasses 4 Stress Test exam rooms and 1 Nuclear Medicine exam room. The area is staffed Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
