Responsibilities
The Targeter - All Source will be performing all-source intelligence research, independently, or as part of an analytic team, to address complex national security challenges and support operational objectives. Demonstrated experience as a targeter using multiple intelligence applications, accesses, and resources to distill findings into operationally relevant leads for supported partners.
Qualifications
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- 15+ years of experience as a DO or DA targeter, targeter assigned to a national level intelligence organization or analyst aligned to an operational mission center or team.
Ability to research unclassified and classified databases for use in analytic products, to generate tailored operational leads for customers, and to support written products Demonstrated ability to monitor, and analyze, strategic and operational intelligence information from a variety of sources Experience collaborating with intelligence community partners, sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts to advance organizational objectives and mission needs Researches, authors, and coordinates operational assessments to support organizational objectives and intelligence community priorities Ability to present actionable assessments and findings to a wide range of government customers to include operational partners, organizational leadership, and senior Department of Defense (DoD) leaders Assisting with the development and maintenance of the organization's analytic policies and procedures Knowledge of and experience applying Intelligence Community Directives, policies, and procedures, and appropriate analytic tradecraft Using the Microsoft Office Suite to prepare briefs, display and ingest all-source information
Desired Skills and Experience:
- CDASA, CAP, and/or ICAAP Certification; Graduate of OHTC/HTTS, TNPC/TFC, and or interagency equivalent.
