What You'll Do Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture Completes special projects as assigned by their manager, to include analysis and change continuous improvement recommendations as requested Participates in team meetings and activities Performs other duties as assigned Assist Human Resources with reports, presentations, data entry, events, filing, employee announcements and displays throughout the office Assists with the implementation of human resources procedures and processes May answer and direct calls, greet team members, and responds to team member inquiries and requests for information Work closely with Human Resources to develop and retain key employees What You'll Need Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment required Ability to pay close attention to detail required Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail High sense of confidentiality Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and work effectively among a diverse group of people Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to present to senior leaders Must meet CMC attendance standards Must be at least 18 years old Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Currently pursuing a degree is Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Currently pursuing a degree in a related field at an accredited university We are CMC, a Fortune500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
