Job Duties:
This position will be the Director of the Wisconsin Centers for Nanoscale Technology (WCNT), which includes the Nanoscale Fabrication Center (NFC), the Soft Materials Characterization Laboratory (SMCL), and the Nanoscale Imaging and Analysis Center (NIAC). The centers support a broad range of research across UW-Madison by students, staff, faculty, and by external academic and industry users. The center director works with faculty, staff, and the CoE Dean's office to develop and maintain the strategic plan for the facilities, equipment, and staffing of the WCNT. The WCNT director reports to the Associate Dean for Research in the College of Engineering and is responsible for all aspects of managing the WCNT.
College of Engineering, Administration Compensation:The starting salary for this position is $115,000 but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Required Qualifications:
