JOB PURPOSE:
The Growth Marketing Strategist is responsible for driving awareness and demand for Midco products. They create and implement marketing strategies for select Midco products to drive new customer acquisition and increased revenue from our existing customer base (via upselling and cross-selling efforts). This person will partner closely with external and internal teams to create, execute, and optimize their strategies. The hiring range for this position is $70,000-$89,000. The actual base salary offered to the most qualified individual will be determined based on multiple factors including internal equity, location, and the individual's job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and/or individual performance. KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Create data-driven strategies that support revenue growth through new customer acquisition and current customer upselling and cross-selling. This includes, but is not limited to, tri-annual strategy recommendations as well as campaign strategy documents to bring the strategies to life.
- Analyze data from disparate data sources to find patterns, interpret findings and garner actionable insights to create marketing strategies. This includes identifying the target audiences, markets, key messaging points, campaign goals and timing.
- Communicate the marketing strategy to our media agency and partners to ensure the marketing strategy tactics reach the correct audience at the right time. This is inclusive of all elements for seasonal and ongoing campaigns (i.e., direct mail, sales collateral).
- Work with our internal teams to ensure our messaging meets the needs of our target audience and achieves our business goals.
- Test hypotheses and use data to drive decisions to inform more effective marketing strategies.
- Partner with our analytics and media teams to optimize customer segments, messaging, and tactics for campaign strategies.
- Model Midco's mission, vision, values, ethos, and Leadership Success Drivers, and inspire others to do the same.
- Ensure customer privacy by adhering to Midco's privacy guidelines while actively following Midco policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Focus in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Strategy, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years or related relevant experience required, ideally in Marketing Strategy, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Product Marketing, or Advertising.
- Possess a working knowledge and understating of project management tools such as Workfront and the ability to effectively manage resources, track projects and tasks, report on progress and assist others in learning best practices.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to build a story around data insights to effectively communicate goals and intentions around marketing campaigns.

- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
- Employees may be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.
