• Implement the nursing process for assigned patients, ensuring care aligns with Kentucky Nursing Laws and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with a diverse, inter-professional team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Lead by example and contribute to continuous professional development and shared governance.
• Use critical thinking and clinical reasoning to deliver safe, effective care.

Requirements:

• Active Kentucky RN License
• BCLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS & PALS certification (required within 6 months)
