Your Job Join us as the Director of Business Process Transformation, where you'll spearhead the strategic evolution of customer support operations and drive overall business efficiency in collaboration with our Inside Sales and Customer Experience teams. You will lead initiatives to optimize workflows, integrate innovative technologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, all with an intense focus on enhancing the customer experience. This position is ideally located in Atlanta, GA, but we are open to remote work for the right candidate. Our Team You'll be a key leader within the Georgia Pacific Gypsum Integrated Business Planning team where we are focused on driving end-to-end operational excellence, digital transformation, and value creation. We collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements and technology integration, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. What You Will Do

For this role, we anticipate paying $130k - $160k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
