Your Job

Join us as the Director of Business Process Transformation, where you'll spearhead the strategic evolution of customer support operations and drive overall business efficiency in collaboration with our Inside Sales and Customer Experience teams. You will lead initiatives to optimize workflows, integrate innovative technologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, all with an intense focus on enhancing the customer experience.

This position is ideally located in Atlanta, GA, but we are open to remote work for the right candidate.

Our Team

You'll be a key leader within the Georgia Pacific Gypsum Integrated Business Planning team where we are focused on driving end-to-end operational excellence, digital transformation, and value creation. We collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements and technology integration, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the transformation of customer support processes to significantly enhance customer satisfaction and reduce opportunity cost.
  • Utilize process mining tools and other large datasets to analyze workflows, identifying and implementing key optimization opportunities, and drive data-driven optimization.
  • Drive the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions, including RPA, AI, and CRM enhancements, to automate and streamline processes.
  • Develop the road map and project proposals, align with stakeholders, and execute transformation projects utilizing an engineering mindset for problem-solving.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
  • Engage with Customer counterparts to develop partnerships that result in mutual benefit.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, supply chain, customer support, inside sales, or process transformation.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for creating exceptional value for our customers.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and process optimization methodologies, customer processes, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading business transformation initiatives.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with process mining tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP (or similar ERP system), financial modeling, SQL, or related analytical tools in the customer experience space.

For this role, we anticipate paying $130k - $160k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
