Warren Stamping Plant is currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join our world class Quality team. The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for Plant's process and product control applications utilizing quality control methodologies. The selected candidate is expected to develop and implement new and sustainable processes in a high volume and fast paced manufacturing environment. This position offers the selected candidate an opportunity to be an internal part of a company whose focus is to change the automotive landscape and to launch a successful career with a major automotive company known in the industry for style. The Quality team's fast paced dynamic environment is the ideal environment for the entry-level or seasoned engineer to gain exposure to real world challenges and rewarding experiences. Additionally, the selected candidate will gain hands-on experience to develop their business acumen providing a solid foundation and potential to become a future leader. The Quality Control Supervisor expert must be a creative problem solver, proactive and steadfast in the identification and resolution product and process quality.

Specific Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:



  • Provide technical leadership in coordinating and directing cross functional teams in the application of quality initiatives to employ root cause analysis, issue resolution and to establish corrective actions.
  • Provides supervision necessary to quality inspectors, certification and repair technicians in compliance with engineering and quality standards.
  • Enthusiastically learn and support quality principles and tools with the Stellantis culture in conjunction with UAW.
  • Able to comprehend quality issues and apply advanced problem-solving tools and methodologies.
  • Analyze quality defect data through stratification and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Track and manage quality related issues on the floor and through data driven methodologies.
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts through the use of Kaizen activities, benchmarking, evaluating others best practices, reviewing lessons learned, etc.
  • Respond to process and product quality issues utilizing Stellantis corporate standards.
  • Employ the standardization of best practices to ensure meet the goal of Zero Quality Defects.
  • Work with internal teams to develop and implement integrated content required to drive growth and maximize customer value.
  • Analyze data and drive process improvement to quality indicators.
  • Provide creative thinking to the analysis of data and the identification of new opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Analytics or Statistics or similar
  • Ability to work any shift, overtime and weekends as needed
  • Demonstrated experience managing /leading employees Self-directed, team oriented with demonstrated planning/problem solving skills
  • Motivated to learn new principles and ideas, and have excitement in applying these new principles Motivated to make a positive impact in the work environment and on the quality of the products produced Computer proficient (including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database applications)
