We are actively recruiting a Business Support Specialist to join our Business Operations Support Team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless office operations and providing exceptional support for our staff and clients. What You Will Do



  • Provide day-to-day support to office and staff, including but not limited to on-site office support, coordinating office events and serving as primary point of contact for all on-site matters, including building and other office management.
  • Serve as a primary support for practice client and internal document production assistance, including but not limited to formatting, finalizing, reviewing, mailing and distributing document materials.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant software programs.
  • Contribute to the Business Support Specialist team to meet the needs of the practice.
  • Assist with initiatives as requested.


What We Are Looking For

Professional Qualifications



  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree
  • At least three years' experience with administrative support or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficient PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint skills, with a desire and ability to learn additional software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with and support team members from various regions and locations.
  • Self-starter with good project management skills and ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
  • Reliable
  • Effective prioritization skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing to team environment.


The Team

The EB Consulting practice provides actuarial and other consulting services for multiple industries, for employee and retirees, and for Corporate, Public and Multiemployer Plans. This practice works with several key types of clients organized into the following seven lines of business:



  • Corporate Pension Plans
  • Multiemployer Pension Plans
  • Public Pension Plans
  • Other Post-retirement Benefit Plans (Corporate, Multiemployer, and Public combined)
  • Health and Group Benefits (Corporate, Multiemployer, and Public combined)
  • Compensation and Benefits Surveys
  • Investments


Location

Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in one of our Milliman offices Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Milwaukee, WI; or Seattle, WA on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered for our hybrid environment.

Compensation

The salary range is $49,900 - $85,030 depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a fulltime, non-exempt overtime eligible role; overtime eligible after 40 hours of work.
