The CCS NP/PA will work collaboratively with supervising physicians, pediatric trainees (residents and fellows), and the entire nursing team to promote optimal clinical care. This NP/PA will act as a clinical resource, facilitating staff educational opportunities. The setting is fast-paced and collaborative with many opportunities for learning. Requirements include completion of a master's degree program in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies. Clinical experience with children with medical complexity is preferred.
