Medical Scribe Lubbock 40794BR Position Description Charts encounters between physicians or other practitioners and patients in real time and organizes health care data to maximize efficiency and productivity of clinical care in real time during medical exams. Complies with specific standards that apply to the style of medical records and to the legal and ethical requirements for preparing medical documents and for keeping patient information confidential. Complies with HIPAA confidentiality standards when accessing or communicating patient information. Major/Essential Functions
