Position: Inventory Clerk

Location: Dallas,TX

JOB DUTIES



  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy and perform cycle counts and conduct annual inventory
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies with assistance
  • Assists with cycle count with assistance
  • May schedule facility maintenance (grounds, electrical, etc.) as needed
  • Handles walk in customers/ pick up/ will call with minimal supervision
  • Work with Sales and Service teams for optimal performance in all POA categories
  • Work with local team and credit department to minimize/eliminate P&D activity
  • Be the local go-to person for all ERP (SXe) related usage
  • Process Customer, Vendor and Service Returns
  • Code invoices to proper GL account and work with corporate teammates to approve invoices in a timely manner.
  • Process invoice credits and corrections
  • Meet Monthly Goals on Operations Scorecard
  • Perform other duties as assigned/required.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Minimum 2 yrs. experience in the service industry and/or Operations inventory role
  • Degree or equivalent related experience
  • Knowledge of SXe (Trend) preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must demonstrate effective problem solving capabilities and performing root cause analysis
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work productively with other associates, customers and vendors
  • Strong desire to "do it right the first time"
  • Proficient with MS Office
