Overview We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and experienced systems engineer to help support the public cloud and enhance DevSecOps practices to automate workflows for the enterprise. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain operational components in public clouds, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP as well as private cloud Create tools and processes that enhance operational workflows Work closely with operational teams to improve workflows around cloud infrastructure Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and trending operational tools in the cloud Respond to alerts; troubleshoot and resolve problems Be proactive in recognizing and handling uptime and performance challenges Perform automating using infrastructure as a code Automate self-provisioning of resources and services for cloud and on-premise Configure and deploy containerized micro-service components Troubleshoot the system and provide root cause analysis Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field of study Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with the following: AWS; Linux; Python; Github Actions; and REST, SOAP, and GraphQL Recommended Qualifications #LI-DNI #DNI Total Rewards Esri's competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
