Reporting to the
Senior Director of Product Operations, the Business Operations Director is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies for knowledge management, learning and development, and product management tooling.
This role combines strategic thinking with process design and optimization expertise to create and implement a knowledge management plan across CAPTG, develop learning programs for product management, and oversee the tooling used by product teams. The focus of this role is to enhance the efficacy and efficiency of the Product Operations team as it seeks to improve product management and product development practices across CAI. This position requires multitasking, self-direction, collaborative work, inclusivity, and strong problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with matrixed teams, building relationships, consulting on needs, driving change and improvement, and possessing excellent communication and attention to detail. USD 131,600.00 - 219,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
