We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PowerPoint Presentation Designer to join our team. This role requires an expertise in PowerPoint design, with a deep understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate complex executive presentations into clear, impactful and engaging communications. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with executives and leadership teams, ensuring that presentations effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with executives and leaders to understand presentation objectives, key messages, and the target audience. * Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision, adhering to brand guidelines and design best practices. * Transform raw content, including text-heavy presentations, into impactful visual narratives that highlight key points and are engaging. * Create custom templates, diagrams, charts, and graphics to enhance the overall storytelling and presentation flow. * Utilize design techniques to craft seamless transitions and animations that complement the message without overwhelming the content. * Review and refine presentations, ensuring the highest level of quality, consistency, and accuracy in every detail. * Work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities. * Provide strategic guidance to leadership on visual communication strategies and presentation design improvements. * Design standardized templates for hotel brands to guide property-level marketing * Stay up to date on design trends, PowerPoint features, and presentation techniques to continually enhance the quality of deliverables. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in PowerPoint design, with an elevated portfolio demonstrating executive-level presentations and high-quality visual communication. * Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, including advanced features such as custom templates, slide masters, animations, transitions, and multimedia integration. * Strong understanding of storytelling principles, with the ability to structure presentations that effectively communicate key messages and engage audiences. * Meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency across all presentation elements. * Proven experience collaborating with executives, translating complex ideas into visually impactful presentations that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and other graphic design tools is a plus. * Video editing skills for integrating dynamic video content into presentations, including basic editing, trimming, and enhancing visuals to complement the overall presentation. * Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure. SPECIAL SKILLS: * Experience in a corporate, consulting or agency environment * Experience in hotel/hospitality/luxury industry * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques * Knowledge of other presentation software or tools, such as Google Slides, Prezi, or Keynote * Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or Final Cut Pro for integrating dynamic video content into presentations *Skills* Powerpoint *Experience Level* Intermediate-Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
