*Description*
Position Description Personable individual who will adhere to and promote our core values by performing duties in a manner that are consistent with being a team player and providing excellent customer service. Assists team members with providing electronic forms design, revision, and maintenance for our external customers. Position Responsibilities *Design forms within SaaS products *Works closely with the Forms Design Manager on form design standards and meeting project timelines *While designing, ensure all forms design standards are met, spelling and spacing is accurate, and rendered form represents the needed information from the original *Works with Forms Design Manager to communicate issues and request changes or enhancements to software. *Have a casual and friendly rapport with other department team members. *Diligently and expediently follow-up on assigned duties and responsibilities *Work to meet deadlines from project manager *Communicate regularly with internal project team regarding forms within a project *Act as subject matter expert and point of contact for contractors as it relates to questions on specific design techniques *Track daily and weekly design project time both billable and non-billable to a project *Promotes and intentionally works to foster an environment and culture of inclusion and equity *Works under close to moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment on design. *Other job-related duties as assigned Required Competencies *Ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks and communicate with team on progress *Ability to follow established processes *Works to understand problems, people involved, and all information before making judgments *Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to clarify issue, ability to analyze and consider all options and identify solution, willingness to experiment to find solution, and learn quickly when facing new problems *Demonstrate high level of attention to detail and organization *Ability to prioritize and to make efficient/effective use of time *Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, such as is easily approachable, builds rapport well, practices attentive and active listening, spends effort to put others at ease, and uses diplomacy and tact *Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships *Acts in a manner that meets customer expectations and requirements *Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work within and communicate effectively within a team environment; ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical persons; ability to write succinctly in a variety of communication settings and can get message across that has desired effect *Proficient in Microsoft Office applications *Adaptable and flexible to change course *Maintain confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, stored or accessed *Strong team-player; willingness to assist team members with tasks; builds good working relationships with team members *Must be authorized to work in the U.S. *Skills* Adobe lifecycle, Photoshop, Organization, multi tasking, Content creation, Attention to detail, Entry level, customer service oriented *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
