Job Title: Business Analyst, Associate Location(s): Oakland, AC Top Things: Good Excel experience. SAP knowledge. Preferably Ariba knowledge. Description: Data Requests, Data Pull, Report Preparation general skillsets: In support of one of our Utilities cost recovery mechanisms, we are required to submit line-item detail from SAP and Ariba primarily. In order to help in the gathering of invoices and putting together the documentation packages, and candidate is proficient with Excel experience. AO knowledge is a + but not required. An understanding of, or prior experience with the following systems/activities is preferred but not required as training will be provided. Roles & Additional Info: Invoices: (Pull invoice documents from SAP) We will have training to show how to use SAP transaction codes to get to the documents we need to pull. Contracts: (Pull contracts, SoW's, Change orders, Amendments from Ariba) Training will be provided to show how to perform these steps. EVM: (Enhanced Veg Management) Access to the EVM system that contains most Veg vendor invoices. Training will be provided. Labor / Overheads: (Create excel documents that will show the recalculation of Labor and Overhead rates.) Training will be provided. QC: (Quality Control of documents put together to make sure they are accurate and complete.) Training on what to look for, how to escalate and resolve issues. Line-Item Detail Reports: Use Analysis for Office (AO) to run line-item detail (ORD999) reports for review and selections by the auditors. Training will be provided.
