    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



    • Manage and execute marine geophysical projects from planning to completion, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.


    • Supervise data acquisition, processing, interpretation, and reporting for geophysical surveys.


    • Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.


    • Oversee field teams, ensuring proper equipment use, data quality, and adherence to safety protocols.


    • Provide expert guidance on geophysical methodologies and best practices.


    QUALIFICATIONS:



    • Education: Minimum of a Master's degree in Geophysics, Marine Science, Geology, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.


    • Experience Requirement:



      • Candidates with a Ph.D. must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marine geophysics.




      • Candidates with a Master's degree must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marine geophysics.



    • Professional experience managing marine geophysical projects and teams.


    • Strong knowledge of geophysical survey techniques, including sub-bottom profiling, side-scan sonar, magnetometry, and multi-beam bathymetry.


    • Familiarity with geophysical software and data interpretation tools.


    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


    Preferred Qualifications:



    • Experience with offshore wind, oil and gas, or environmental geophysical surveys.


    • Knowledge of GIS applications in geophysical data analysis.
