About the Job

Shifts are available between 7:00 and 3:30 M-F. Up to 20 hours a week are typically available.
This is a temporary position for May-August/September.

Job Responsibilities

  • OCM works to provide high quality learning spaces for teaching and learning. Lead work can include the following:
  • Maintain Classroom Features and Equipment
  • Move and/or arrange furniture according to layout.
  • Check and replace classroom supplies.
  • Replace items as needed, such as chairs and tables
  • Perform basic maintenance when possible.
  • Assist with furniture projects, such as assembling and unboxing items
  • Help prepare newly renovated classrooms to OCM standard
  • Regularly monitor and follow assigned tasks through online system
  • Inventory and Reporting
  • Document inventory, audit supplies and materials in service spaces.
  • Compile student inspection data reports.
  • Assist in updating room asset photos
  • New Student Training Assistance
  • Assist new CCMs with setting up ipads, learning routes, and learning inspection process.
  • Serve as lead/main contact for group tasks.
  • Help coordinate workflow in group tasks
  • Assist Operations Coordinators in preparing training materials,
Qualifications

Required

  • Able to walk, climb stairs, lift up to 30 pounds.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Excel/Sheets
  • Experience leading and training others
  • Experience in auditing and data entry
  • Interest in learning furniture maintenance
  • Experience in Orange QC
  • Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
  • Must be able to work both in groups and independently.
  • Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to problem-solve.
Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $16.25 - $16.75 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
