1489 - Engineering Technician II

Sigma Defense is seeking an Engineering Technician II to assist in the manufacturing, fabrication, and integration of systems. Some travel will be required to perform field service at various customer sites on an as needed basis.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
• Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Essential Job Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

• Assist in design, fabrication, and testing of all aspects of electro-mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
• Involvement in operation, application, installation, and/or repair of electro-mechanical products.
• Collaborate cross functionally with Software and/or Electrical Engineers to provide engineering support for testing, deployment, and updates.
• Receive directions in several aspects of the work, gaining exposure to additional tasks performed along with expected job function.

Pay Rate: $21.65 per hour.
