We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our dynamic team at Isolere Bio. This is a unique opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the biotechnology industry, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to real-world projects that support our mission. As an intern, you will work closely with various teams, engage in exciting research and development activities, and gain valuable exposure to the world of biotech.

Donaldson summer internships provide ambitious undergraduates the chance to gain real world experience in their field of study. We provide challenging, professional experience with a global corporation, where interns learn from. Internships take place during an 11-week period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Development Support: Assist with laboratory experiments, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing R&D initiatives. Help prepare experimental setups and handle biological samples under supervision.
  • Data Management: Aid in data entry, organization, and preliminary analysis using software tools. Assist in creating reports and presentations based on experimental findings.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing ideas and insights to ongoing projects. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including protocols, procedures, and results, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current junior/3rd year undergraduate enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with basic wet laboratory techniques and safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present scientific data.
