Position Summary: This position will serve as the primary liaison for clients, with a strong emphasis on driving client adoption and addressing client use cases. Client success managers will guide new clients through implementations and manage the client's support once transitioned to production. Our clients rely on the Client Success team to maximize the value of their MedInsight purchase through effective support and providing proactive solutions. Client success managers must have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and data warehousing concepts. The ability to review healthcare data, interpret results, and provide insight from analytic output is required to ensure success in this position. In order to meet our clients' needs a client success manager will need to be able to navigate our tools, including Databricks in Azure as well as the Milliman developed MedInsight portal solution. Primary Responsibilities: This position will serve as a direct contact for clients, answering day-to-day questions and managing the client's MedInsight environment including data refreshes, upgrades, and analytic insight. Our client success managers provide clients with the necessary support to best utilize their investment in MedInsight. This position meets both analytic and management demands daily. Healthcare industry and data warehousing knowledge and skills are both required in this position. The potential candidate will also work in conjunction with our resources in India to coordinate any support related tasks for their clients. This will mean communication with these offshore resources in a manner that will allow them to complete tasks and report back on the solutions. While all the legwork may not be completed in the US, communication with clients will be, so strong communication with clients, as well as our India staff is required for success. This position may also perform other related or unrelated duties as assigned by your supervisors, or as may be required to meet project team goals and objectives. Some limited travel may be required. Location This role can be located remotely within the US. The expected application deadline for this job is May 31, 2025.
